1 Herbalizer Vaporizer 9.2
Herbalizer Vaporizer Review
The Good: It's compact, vaporizes cleanly, and offers the options of using any material you choose: oil, wax, or dry leaves. Can be used with the balloon bag system or whip delivery for direct inhalation; also offers the option of aromatherapy chamber aeration using essential oils. The all-in-one storage is a nice feature, unique among vaporizers. By far the most powerful results and ingredient extraction available anywhere.
The Bad: Steep price tag. Bags will start to leak vapor after a few uses. Only thing that would make it even more dummy-proof would be to have a built-in herb grinder. My main complaint is cosmetic: the oyster shell top looks cool, but doesn't latch or magnetically close.
The Bottom line: Ideal for those who are new to medicinal marijuana; However, at $700+, this is definitely the most expensive vape I've ever used. But it's also pretty much the best vaporizer I've ever experienced. A worthy competitor for the Volcano.
2 Volcano Vaporizer 9.0
Volcano Vaporizer Review
The Good: A high quality German manufactured vaporizer. Options when it comes to the valve set. And a three year warranty that brings peace of mind.
The Bad: There's no option for direct draw through a whip, and the price tag is quite steep.
The Bottom line: If you are looking for the best vaporizer that fills balloons, this is it…It's just a little expensive.
3 Vapir Rise Vaporizer 8.9
Vapir Rise Vaporizer Review
The Good: Reaches the set temp in less than a minute. You can use bags, a whip or multiple whips when in company.
The Bad: The fan cannot be turned completely off and the oil chamber does not vape concentrates.
The Bottom line: A very cost effective option for a person looking for dual functionality and it features a well designed valve system that can store the vapor.
4 Mighty Vaporizer 8.8
Mighty Vaporizer Review
The Good: The Volcano Mighty heats up quickly, extracts accurately using LED digital display (both Fahrenheit and Celsius). Mighty produces truly exceptional vapor, some of the best we've ever tasted from a portable vaporizer.
The Bad: Bulky design, very utilitarian "power tool" aesthetic. Kind of uncomfortable in the palm of your hand.
The Bottom line: Although it lacks in the "looks" department, the Volcano Mighty makes up for it with incredible performance. The vapor production on this thing is spectacular and it heats up relatively quickly (about 60 - 90 seconds). If you have the money and want a superior vaporizer, you won't be disappointed..
5 Crafty Vaporizer 8.8
Crafty Vaporizer Review
The Good: It's made by the German geniuses who developed the Volcano Classic, Volcano Digital and Plenty Vaporizers so the vapor production is very consistent, flavorful and strong as shit. The integration of features like oil/wax compatibility and the smartphone app make it super versatile and fun to customize! It would be very difficult to find any other portable vaporizer that hits better than this one (or the Mighty).
The Bad: It's a little bulky for a pocket and the exterior isn't terribly comfortable in your hand. Not the most discreet unit.
The Bottom line: Excellent portable vaporizer, especially for someone who's never vaporized before but has the money to spend on a unit that will stand the test of time. This device will provide you with AMAZING vapor production and it's VERY simple to use.
6 Ascent Vaporizer 8.8
Ascent Vaporizer Review
The Good: Delivers smooth flavorful vapor and euphoric results. Quick heat up time and long battery life make it easy for travel. Ergonomic, cell-phone style design is a plus.
The Bad: Can take up to 5 hours to fully charge. Glass can be broken if draw stem is left out.
The Bottom line: Overall all a great unit. Long battery life and smooth vapor quality make for a great vaporizing experience.
7 Silver Surfer Vaporizer 8.8
Silver Surfer Vaporizer Review
The Good: A high quality direct draw vaporizer that will last for many years of use. A truly customizable unit that can match each user perfectly.
The Bad: The unit is slightly pricey for a vaporizer that does not offer a balloon bag function.
The Bottom line: This vaporizer is for a person that wants a direct draw unit that will be their daily driver for a long time.
8 Arizer Solo Vaporizer 8.8
Arizer Solo Vaporizer Review
The Good: The glass stem provides great vapor production with no off flavors. Twelve minute auto shutoff conserves the 3 hour life of the lithium-ion battery. Seven preset temperatures offer a nice range to ensure complete vaporization. The Solo is a well-built vaporizer from a North American based company.
The Bad: The bulkiness of the unit makes it less discreet than other portable vaporizers available. You cannot use the Solo while it is charging, though an adapter is available. Glass can break and leave you without a vaporizer.
The Bottom line: The Arizer Solo is a high quality vaporizer that is great for large clouds and flavorful hits. The long battery life keeps you well vaped over the course of a day. Not the most discreet vaporizer, but the vapor production is well worth it.
9 Haze Vaporizer 8.7
Haze Vaporizer Review
The Good: Dual compatibility is cool, as is the option to vape with conduction or convection. Fits easily in a pocket or purse, and offers a 10-Year Warranty on the battery and electronics. Better tasting clouds than the Sonic, Launch Box, or WISPR. Very cool vape tool that integrates a dab shovel and tweezers into one implement. Glass mouthpiece is good, reminds us of the Ascent.
The Bad: Stainless steel mouthpiece is not the greatest, fortunately they have a glass one. The temperature levels are a little vague, leaving you wonder what exact temperature you're vaporizing at.
The Bottom line: This is a solid vaporizer if you like a lot of options. Dabbers will enjoy getting oil and wax hits from a powerful convection oven. A decent all-around unit.
10 Easy Vape 5 Vaporizer 8.6
Easy Vape 5 Vaporizer Review
The Good: The Easy Vape 5 is certainly a very well-constructed vaporizer that is only a fraction of the cost of many other desktop units.
The Bad: The glass whip that comes with the unit is very cheap and likely to break pretty quickly after taking it out of the box.
The Bottom line: This vape is the most cost effective desktop unit that is actually built to last for years. You will not have to replace it every 3 months the same you would with a lot of “cheaper” vaporizers. Great for someone who is looking at getting started with a vaporizer, but does not know where to begin.
