The Silver Surfer Vaporizer

These are really, really solid vapes. I have a Da Buddha, also by 7th Floor, and it's lasted me quite a while. The Silver Surfer is basically the same thing as a Da Buddha, except the wand hole (heh) is tilted down at around a 45% angle, making it even easier to pack and with less chance of herbs falling in the heating chamber. The Silver Surfer also has custom glass knobs for EACH unit. That means you'll never have the same SSV as your buddy. I highly recommend the Silver Surfer.

I have never tried this, but it does look one of the cooler vapes around.

How sturdy is this?

I've got one sitting on my living room table right now. It's sturdy as hell and very solid. The flat base never wobbles. You can't really tell from the photo but the black part in that photo is made of metal covered in a bumpy exterior.

After the Volcano this might be the best Desktop style vaporizer.I wonder if there will ever be a volcano like whip-style vaporizer. Or something comparable.

This is the Volcano of direct draw (whip style) vaporizers... sans fan this is the best money can buy, though a little steep in price, it's the way to go.

they are very close in design, but the ssv has better glass. it is hand blown in colorado.
